Jake Price is an award winning filmmaker, photographer and immersive media producer. He is the recipient a 2018 Ochberg Fellowship at The Dart Center for Journalism and Trauma at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and a recipient The World Press Photo's award for interactive media for his extensive work following the triple disaster of earthquake, tsunami and nuclear meltdown in Fukushima, and Miyagi Prefectures in Japan.
Jake is a professor at Columbia university and The International Center of Photography where he teaches filmmaking and immersive media. He frequently presents his work at engagements throughout the world, including the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts in Japan, Teachers College at Columbia University and Wesleyan University.
